The project included a 12,000 square foot building addition, demolition of the existing used car facility and construction of a new used car facility in Plainfield Township, Michigan. New services were extended to the used car facility and storm sewer was rerouted around the building addition. Our design team worked closely with Township, County and State officials to re-work the existing entrances off the busy Plainfield Avenue. Acceleration and deceleration lanes were added to accommodate the new drive entrances.
