The project included a 15,475 square foot facility located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The project provided the required parking, driveways, curb-cuts, new water and sewer services for the facility and storm water management system. Storm water management design addressed high water quality concerns and detailed items such as vegetative swales and rain gardens to meet the high standards. The project also involved upgrading a neighboring storm water management facility to accommodate area storm water drainage concerns.
