The project, locally funded, included the design, contract administration and construction services for the construction of 1,000 feet of sanitary sewer including partial road reconstruction.

Paradigm Design provided road profile and section design, sanitary sewer design & permitting, construction cost estimates and construction drawings including specifications and contract documents.

Paradigm Design provided the Owner with both Contract Administration and Construction Engineering Services. Contract Administration included the preconstruction meeting, preparing construction pay estimates, administering progress meetings and preparing change orders. Construction Engineering Services included staking, partial inspection and testing.
