The project, an MDOT LAP, included the design, contract administration and construction services for the resurfacing of approximately 2 miles of streets within the City of Belding. It also included upgrading all sidewalk ramps to meet current federal requirements.

Paradigm Design provided plan preparation from as-built drawings, field auditing, road profile and section design, construction cost estimates and construction drawings including MDOT special provisions.

Paradigm Design provided the Owner with both Contract Administration and Construction Engineering Services. Contract Administration included the preconstruction meeting, preparing construction pay estimates, administering progress meetings, preparing work orders and contract modifications and following MDOT project closeout procedures. Construction Engineering Services included staking, inspection, and testing.
