The project, a locally funded project, includes the design, contract administration and limited construction phase services for approximately 2.5 miles of street and utility reconstruction. The scope of work varies from street to street ranging from reconstruction of an existing gravel road with curb and gutter and storm sewer to water and sewer replacement.

Paradigm Design provided plan preparation including topographical survey, field audit, road profile and section design, storm sewer plan and profile, watermain plan and profile, sewer plan and profile, MDEQ permitting including basis of design, construction cost estimates and specifications.

Paradigm Design will provide the Owner with Bid Phase Services including advertisement, plans sales, bid tabulation and recommendation of award.

Paradigm Design will provide the Owner with limited Contract Administration and Construction Engineering including attendance at preconstruction meeting, construction staking, and inspection and testing.
