Grand Commerce Park is a 26 acre office/industrial development. The site consisted of undeveloped wooded property with a small stream and wetlands. Infrastructure for the development included regional detention basins, storm sewer, watermain, sanitary sewer and public roadway. Preliminary lot configurations and future private drive layouts were prepared as well.
