The project, locally funded, included the design, bidding and limited construction engineering for 1,200 feet of watermain replacement. It also included replacement of 1,700 feet of curb & gutter, portions of street milling and overlay and portions of street crushing and shaping. Hydrants were replaced as well as water services within the right-of-way.

Paradigm Design provided surveying, watermain design & permitting, construction cost estimates and construction drawings.

Paradigm Design provided the Owner with both Contract Administration and Construction Engineering Services on an as-needed basis. Contract Administration included the preconstruction meeting, reviewing construction pay estimates as needed and preparing change orders as needed. Construction Engineering Services included staking.
