The new Kent County Road Commission M-6 Maintenance Complex is located in southern Kent County, along US-131.  The facility supports the road maintenance activities in the southern portions of the county, including the new South Beltline, M-6 Freeway.
	The 9-acre complex contains a 38,500 square foot maintenance/storage building, a 15,600 square foot salt storage building, and yard storage areas.  Paradigm Design provided full architectural and engineering services, including civil engineering, for the project.
