The new medical office building is proposed as a three-story, 45,000 square foot (15,000 square foot per floor) building attached to the existing medical office building at 245 Cherry Street by an approximate 2,500 square foot lobby/ connector. A covered drop-off area will occur at the Cherry Street entrance, while a covered walkway will occur at the south entrance. This project has 3 phases. Phase I will be take place this year which will include the initial construction of this proposed building.
It is Paradigm Design’s understanding that prospective tenants may include Advantage Health Family Physician Practices, Advantage Health Pediatrics, Advantage Health Aesthetics, Advantage Health Internal Medicine, Saint Mary’s Health Care Laboratory and Radiology, Saint Mary’s OB/GYN Specialists, an orthopedics practice, and a surgeon group.
