This project involved the revitalization of a historical downtown two-story building.  The Eighth Street storefront was preserved, while a new "front" was constructed on the backside of the facility.  The owner worked with the City of Holland and adjacent owners to create an attractive streetscape image where a back-alley image existed prior to the project.

The first floor was preserved as prime retail space.  The upper floor was converted from dilapidated apartments to the office headquarters of this prestigious Holland-area construction firm.
