This project is located at a prime location in a newly developed neighborhood in Sterling Heights, Michigan.  With no other retail in the immediate area, the client's objective was to provide needed products and services to the area residents in a fresh and modern-looking building.  Paradigm Design created this new look by using an unconventional metal roof, bold colors, lots of glass, and exposed aggregate concrete.
