This project involved a 47,000 square foot addition to the existing 30,000 square foot building.  Once the supermarket moved into the addition, the original building was renovated to serve as retail space for various tenants.  The client wanted to appeal to tourists by providing an upscale shopping facility.  The aesthetically pleasing exterior it draws in both visitors and year-round residents.

Inside the store, shoppers will find all the full-service departments one would expect from a supermarket: Deli, bakery, seafood & meats, and a pharmacy. There are also some specialty areas. Hungry Howie's Pizza and the Coffee Beanery offer take-out services and share a cafe seating area for those who wish to enjoy their treats inside the store.
