Paradigm is consistently seeking talented and motivated people to join our growing company. We are always in search of additional qualified project managers, designers, technicians, interns, drafters and field personnel in both the Architectural and Civil areas, as well as administrative and computer support staff.

Our staff includes basic Entry Level Associates, skilled in AutoCAD 2006 with a certification or degree from a college or university.

Job Captains demonstrate added capabilities with a shorter competence time. We would expect the person to be able to handle less involved projects independent of project manager guidance.

Project Managers are the individuals who maintain our standard of excellence and guide our projects. These individuals are expected to actively produce plans and specifications. Project Managers provide leadership as well as hands-on involvement with each phase of the project. They work closely with our principals who maintain involvement from the project inception to its completion.

Designers are qualified to work in any of the positions noted above. We feel that a good designer possesses the ability to produce buildings that appeal to the eye and are functional. To this end, the designers fill both our Job Captain positions and the responsibilities of the Project Managers.

Design Engineers are individuals that work directly with the Project Manager and perform various design tasks. Gathering design requirements, identifying problems and establishing the appropriate methodology and solution are part of the daily tasks performed.

Design Technicians are individuals that work directly with the Project Manger and are responsible for setting up the electronic drawings for a project. They take the Engineer’s design and detail it and are responsible for adhering to company drawing presentation standards.

Field Technician/Inspectors are individuals that primarily perform field services for a project that is designed by our firm. The work involves performing testing and inspection services for various items such as concrete and asphalt placement, material density testing and daily inspection reports.

Drafters prepare engineered drawings with the use of AutoCAD. Candidates must be proficient in their drafting skills and possess the ability to create profiles and sections.
