Our health insurance is a Priority Health HMO offering great benefits. This policy provides excellent options and recognizes families and individuals.

We provide a 401k retirement program that has matching benefits from the corporation. The program is administered by Watkins Ross Accounting, and the investments are monitored by UBS.

Our flex spending plan allows monthly deductions to cover “medical” needs not currently covered by our medical policy to be paid by the corporation as pre-tax dollars. This means that your medical needs, which could include dental or vision concerns, result in less actual cost to you. “Flex” money can also be used for child care expenses.

Paid time off is given for vacations, national holidays, and sick time. Our company also has a “flex time” policy which allows you to set your own work hours to accommodate your family life.
