| The project included approvals for two 20,000 square foot buildings on a 12+/- acre site located in Alpine Township, Michigan. The approved plan included 60,000 square feet of additional building space that can be constructed when the need for lease space arises. The site had 47 feet of grade change across it which required large segmental block walls to keep the grading contained on site and out of the MDEQ regulated wetlands. A major waterline, servicing Alpine Avenue, was relocated to accommodate the project. A 1,000 foot service drive, along with public utilities, was installed to service the development. The design team worked closely with Alpine Township and the Kent County Drain Commission to handle on-site storm water and to help alleviate flooding issues downstream that were present.
