The project included a 33,000 square foot full service dealership on 7 acres in Ionia, Michigan. The building included areas for sales, parts, body shop, and service departments. The site included 350 parking spaces, site utilities, a storm water management system including a detention basin, a private well and a private septic system. Our team worked closely with the Ionia County Road Commission and MDOT for 1,020 feet road widening and the incorporation of a left hand turn lane within the M-66 Right-of-Way.
