The project included a 20,000 square foot industrial building on a 2.76 acre site located in Coopersville, Michigan. The building was serviced by public water & sewer and storm water management was provided by an offsite regional facility. The parking lot provided 34 spaces and areas to handle semi-truck deliveries.
