Alpine Summit is a 17 acre commercial development. The site included an old K-Mart Store, tire store, theater, as well as, residential homes which were all redeveloped into a 151,000 square foot strip retail center. Two outlots with access drives and stormwater detention were also completed on this project. Site utilities and storm water piping were updated to meet the project requirements. Large retaining walls were utilized to provide the needed parking and detention facilities.
