The project included construction of a 4 story 51,116 square foot hotel on a 5+/- acre parcel located in Plainfield Township, Michigan. The project also included road and utility improvements as required by the Township. 450 feet of new roadway with a temporary cul-de-sac, 600 feet of road widening and resurfacing, 400 feet of public sanitary sewer and 1,000 feet of public watermain were completed to service the new hotel and out lot. A storm water management was also designed to accommodate the 100 year storm event for the hotel and outlot.
