Kent County Road Commission M6 Maintenance Complex supports the road maintenance activities in the southern portions of the county, including the new South Beltline, M-6 Freeway. The complex contains a 38,500 sq.ft. maintenance/storage building, a 15,600 sq.ft. salt storage building, and several yard storage areas on a 9 acre site. Public water and sewer service the maintenance/storage building. Storm water was handled with two dry detention basins, drainage ditches, catch basins, and storm sewers.
