The project included renovation and an addition to the existing Meijer store located on Alpine Avenue in Walker, Michigan. The addition was 45,000 square feet and included a new garden center area and drive-up pharmacy window. As a part of this project, parking and storm water drainage were brought into compliance with current local ordinances. Compliance required improvements to the existing on-site collection system as well as the addition of water quality control structures.
