The project included renovation of an existing Franks Nursery store and is located in Plainfield Township, Michigan. The project included an addition, insertion of landscape islands and full parking lot overlay including a new parking configuration. A new drive-up ATM was also installed on-site to service both the neighboring residents and retail clients. The new food center has retail space connected to it which is available for lease.
