The project, locally funded, included the design, contract administration and construction services for the construction of 1,000 feet of watermain including road reconstruction.

Paradigm Design provided road profile and section design, watermain design & permitting, construction cost estimates and construction drawings including specifications and contract documents.

Paradigm Design provided the Owner with bid phase services including attendance at the bid opening, bid tab preparation and recommendation of award.

Paradigm Design provided the Owner with both Contract Administration and Construction Engineering Services. Contract Administration included the preconstruction meeting, preparing construction pay estimates, administering progress meetings, preparing change orders, and preparing record drawings. Construction Engineering Services included staking, inspection, and testing.
