Construction Cost: $1,290,000.00
The project, locally funded, included the design, contract administration and construction services for the reconstruction of 4,400 feet of roadway. It also included replacement of 3,675 feet of sanitary sewer, 4,750 feet of watermain, 2,260 feet of storm sewer as well as sidewalk ramps, drive approaches, road restorations, and a rail road crossing.

Paradigm Design provided horizontal and vertical alignment, pavement section design, sanitary sewer and watermain design & permitting, construction cost estimates and construction drawings including specifications and contract documents.

Paradigm Design provided the Owner with both Contract Administration and Construction Engineering Services. Contract Administration included the preconstruction meeting, preparing construction pay estimates, administering progress meetings and preparing change orders. Construction Engineering Services included staking, inspection, and testing.
