The project, locally funded, included the design, contract administration and construction services for the construction of 1,300 feet of new roadway and 2,700 feet of road reconstruction. It also included replacement of 2,800 feet of sanitary sewer, 2,350 feet of watermain, 1,350 feet of storm sewer as well as sidewalk and road restorations.

Paradigm Design provided horizontal and vertical alignment, pavement section design, sanitary sewer and watermain design & permitting, construction cost estimates and construction drawings including specifications and contract documents.

Paradigm Design provided the Owner with both Contract Administration and Construction Engineering Services. Contract Administration included the preconstruction meeting, preparing construction pay estimates, administering progress meetings and preparing change orders. Construction Engineering Services included staking, inspection, and testing.
