The project, an MDOT LAP, included the design, contract administration and construction services for the reconstruction of approximately 1 mile of road. It also included replacement of 2,000 feet of sanitary sewer, 3,000 feet of watermain, 3,700 feet of storm sewer as well as spot sidewalk replacement and road restorations.

Paradigm Design provided surveying, horizontal and vertical alignment, pavement section design, sanitary sewer and watermain design & permitting, construction cost estimates, easement documents and construction drawings including MDOT special provisions.

Paradigm Design provided the Owner with both Contract Administration and Construction Engineering Services. Contract Administration included the preconstruction meeting, preparing construction pay estimates, administering progress meetings, preparing work orders and contract modifications and following MDOT project closeout procedures. Construction Engineering Services included staking, inspection, and testing.
