The project, locally funded, included the design and bidding for 2,200 feet of watermain replacement. It also included spot replacement of curb & gutter and street reconstruction. Hydrants were replaced as well as water services within the right-of-way.

Paradigm Design provided surveying, watermain design & permitting, construction cost estimates and construction drawings.

Paradigm Design provided the Owner with bid phase services including attendance at the bid opening, bid tab preparation and recommendation of award.
