The project is a commercial development on the 7.72 acre parcel, located in Westfall, PA. The development will include a multi-story building incorporating retail, a multiplex theatre, and a family entertainment center. The building will be a two-story structure with a footprint of approximately 40,000 square feet per floor. The family entertainment center will be located on the lower level and will include a restaurant, party rooms, arcade, and specialty areas such as a laser tag, private bowling suite for adults and Duckpin Bowling for children as well as a small retail component. The lower level lobby will have a vertical connection to an upper level lobby that will service the movie theatre. The movie theatre will be an eight (8) screen facility with approximately 1,200 to 1,400 seats. One of the auditoriums will have a small stage and some of the auditoriums will be designed to accommodate sit down restaurant food serviced by the kitchen on the lower level. A portion of the lower level will be elevated above grade to take advantage of site grade change and will accommodate additional parking.
