Montcalm County chose to convert the existing courthouse to the county administration building.  This project required several services which began by auditing the existing building.  From the information obtained in the audit, we created a comprehensive package by working with a security consultant to offer recommendations for a security plan, a window manufacturer and a preservation consultant to adress the window replacement issues. We also worked with an engineer to make recommendations for upgrading the HVAC and power systems.
