Our challenge was to evaluate Dr. Jack Dekkinga's facility and determine whether renovation, expansion, or relocation would be the best alternative to facilitate the growing needs of his dermatology practice. Paradigm designed a 10,000 square foot office space that encompassed the needs of Dr. Dekkinga's current practice while allowing for future expansion. The new building also provided investment property for leasing. The site is situated adjacent to an existing neighborhood. The exterior of the office building was designed with a neighborhood style to blend in with the surrounding homes.
