Construction of Advantage Health’s new 32,000 square foot, two- story medical office building located on the East Beltline in Grand Rapids Township was completed in September of 2007. Advantage Health’s growing East Beltline Family Medicine occupy the second floor while Advantage Health Aesthetics, Saint Mary’s Health Care Laboratory and Radiology, Saint Mary’s OB/GYN Specialists, and Rehab Pros Professionals occupy the first floor. The new facility primarily houses their growing Family Health Physician Practices. The design for the building was intended to create a consistent identity for the organization.
